Note that after you deactivate it, all vehicles had the same radio sounds (the closed one) and Bass Boost from car modification won't give any effect. To solve it open Options, Audio Setup, then turn off the Radio EQ. In open vehicles, such as bikes, carts, quads, etc.
In cars or other closed vehicles, the radio sound got balanced bass and treble.
